During yesterday’s PTS update, we got a chance to preview the new rewards and items debuting for Summerfest 2013– which is due to begin Thursday, July 25th. Among the new additions are epic planar essences for level 60, epic rings for level 60 that are comparable side grades to rings found in T1 Storm Legion raids, three new companion pets, and yep– swimwear! We’ll go over the stats and costs of the new essences and rings in our updated Storm Legion Summerfest guide, but for the moment, keep reading for a preview of the swimwear.
There are four swimsuit sets total. Each are sold as a set containing both the top and bottom piece. This is the same for either gender. Each swimsuit set costs 994 Credits in the RIFT Store. It looks like there is currently no way to buy the swimsuits with Summerfest Merit Badges or Friendship Bracelets. You can also buy a crate containing all four swimsuits off the store for 3381 Credits.
